Very lovely overall experience. Every detail in this hotel was very good, I enjoyed staff and location. The staff was pleasant and amiable and always helped me. It had a marvellous location - right next to Shire Hall Monmouth. The property was set in a local area.

The polite staff members provided a few recommendations. The hotel was comfortable and in a very central location just off the pub itself as well as the restaurant downstairs.

Brand-new & tastefully decorated room, tea and coffee, and a storage in there. Reasonably clean bathroom and a tub with good sewerage. Marvellous very central location, really close to the restaurant and the town square with easy access to shops. Again, walking distance to Monnow Bridge;))

The King's Head Hotel is a characterful base for staying and exploring Monmouth. The breakfast is cheap and offers a lot of excellent options to choose from. The staff is brilliant and ensures that the place is fairly clean.

The staff at The King's Head Hotel were very pleasant and welcoming. I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and huge, and it had clean drinking glasses and tea/coffee facilities. It was definitely good value for money.
